ORDERING ONLINE

Ordering online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

RETAIL RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will issue a full refund, provided the goods have been returned to us in a saleable condition. You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. Alternatively, we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you, provided we are notified within 10 days of the customer’s receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging.

RETAIL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping is normally within 2-3 working days from receipt of order. Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please take note of the postal service selected and the delivery charges associated with each item.

Delivery for small orders is by Royal Mail 1st Class post, and for larger orders, by DPD. While we endeavour to ship orders to arrive on the requested delivery date, we cannot guarantee the service provided by our shipping partners.

RETAIL PRICES

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages at the time the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at the time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices. In the event of any unexpected price changes, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

RETAIL COMPLAINTS

If we receive a complaint about any part of our service via phone, fax, email, or letter, we will address it promptly (we will reply within 5 working days), confidentially, and effectively.

The laws of the United Kingdom shall apply in the event of a dispute.

The customer specifically acknowledges that the service is not liable for defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other customers or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with the customer.

Neither the service nor any of its agents, affiliates, or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or the inability to access or use the service, or out of any breach of warranty. The customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the service.
